Technical Notes
Our server is located in an established, SSAE16 Type II-certified data center (that means it’s compliant with security standards for hosting publicly traded enterprises, financial firms, and healthcare organizations – in other words, very secure). It’s protected by multiple power systems, including UPS systems and diesel generators, and monitored 24x7x365.
The SSD hard drives for the server are in a RAID array and backed up nightly to ensure the security of the data on the server — a feature you won’t find with any off-the-shelf web hosting package.
You will have total access to your account, if you wish, with an industry-standard cPanel interface, or we can take care of any updates or additions for you. All of our hosting plans include 1 hour per year of free help, troubleshooting or advice.

*Email accounts are estimates based on typical email box sizes. You can have as many basic accounts as you want, but they all share the total space available on the account, which can fill up quickly.
If you need more space, or have more advanced email needs, we have several options:
- Visual People is an authorized Google GSuite partner which starts with 30 Gigabytes for email, calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and more per account! Each account is just $6/month per mailbox.
- Maybe you don’t need a full GSuite account or maybe you don’t like the policies of Google’s cloud software. We have an option for you: a standard mailbox that includes the standard Secure POP/IMAP/Webmail – so you can check email from any computer with a program like Outlook, a phone or tablet or a web browser anywhere, Premium anti-spam and anti-virus a 25 Gigabyte mailbox, Custom email filtering and attachments up to 50MB for only $3/month per mailbox

Domain Registration
Visual People offers discounted Domain registration for our hosting clients. For non-hosting clients, domain registration and DNS service is $50/year.
